Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Purchase cancellation
Any purchase can be cancelled from the email we have sent you to confirm the purchase. Just follow the order link.
You may also be able to cancel from your Paypal account. If our systems do not handle your cancellation, please contact us at support@genomicsacademy.org or use the form at the bottom of the page.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund anymore.
As a participant in our Academy, we want you to be happy with your choices. If, for some reason, you decide to cancel to purchase your certificate, you are eligible for a refund.
Late or missing funds
Suggested steps to take after you have confirmed that refund has not been credited back to your account:
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund after the prescribed time provided by the credit card company and/or the bank, please contact us at support@genomicsacademy.org
